Georgia “Gigi” Lamb is Senior Vice President, Human Resources, at Constellation Brands, Inc.
Gigi joined Canandaigua Wine Company (now CBI) in June 1995 as Director of Customer Service and Inside Sales. She progressed through several promotions – Vice President of HR, Vice President of Sales Promotions, Senior Vice President of HR at Franciscan (Icon) Estates in California, Vice President of Global HR for Constellation Wines, and Senior Vice President of HR for the Wines Division.
From July 2007 to February 2009, she served as SVP, Chief HR Officer, providing strategic HR direction and direct oversight for corporate HR, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee communications, and planning and execution for Constellation’s global HR initiatives. She now serves as SVP, HR Officer for FUSION, a business and quality management program that operates internationally throughout the organization.
Gigi serves on the Bivona Child Advocacy Center’s Board of Directors, Executive Committee and is Chair of the Human Resources Committee. She is also a Human Resources Advisory Committee Board member of the Nazareth College School of Management and a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
Prior to her career with Constellation Brands, Gigi held various management positions at Chase Manhattan Bank for over 10 years.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Rochester and completed several MBA courses at the U of R’s business school. She is married and has two grown children.
